The Story of A Blind Girl

There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she’s blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He’s always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she can see everything, including her boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, “now that you can see the world, will you marry me?” The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend is blind too, and refused to marry him. Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying. “Just take care of my eyes dear.”

This is how human brain changes when the status changed.

Only few remember what life was before, and who’s always been there even in the most painful situations.

Life is A Gift.

Today before you think of saying an unkind word – Think of someone who can’t speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food – Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife – Think of someone ho’s crying out for a companion.

Today before you complain about life – Think of someone who went too early to heaven/hell.

Before you complain about your children – Think of someone who desires children but they’re barren.

Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn’t clean or sweep – Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive – Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job – Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another – Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one maker.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down – Put a smile on your face and thank — you’re alive and still around

Life is a gift – Live it, Enjoy it, Celebrate it, And Fulfill it.

Hatred paralyzes life; love releases it.

Hatred confuses life; love harmonizes it.

Hatred darkens life; love illumines it.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

“We have no right to ask when a sorrow comes, 'Why did this happen to me?' unless we ask the same question for every joy that comes our way.”

Diary of My @ Journey ~ NATCON

Going to end my term 2010/2011 as Director in AIESEC UM

When I watched the video prepared by TMers,
OMG~so many Great Memories
At the same time felt a bit sad to end my term soon

Kick started my term with NATCON( National Conference)
Honestly,
it was quite serious + a bit technical,
I wasn't familiar with my department,
[Everything start from scrath(ZERO!!!)
I didn't know any OGXers in other LCs(universities)
I was the only delegate from OGX of AIESEC UM
Luckily my VP,Sok Sim joined in half way=)]
Kit,my LCP
was worried about me because I might be lost.
No worry!!!
I really learnt a lot during the conference~

Side talking
I wasn't able to know many ppl because I am so QUIET
YES! QUIET
I didn't dare to talk much,
(because I couldn't adapt in a totally new environment,
but I still can take it...challenge wei!!!)

WE ARE HERE TO LEARN=)

NATCON was the place where I started to know AIESECers in UM
They really helped me a lot~
and Now we are friends that can always hanging out together^_^
I am blessed because I am one of the EB in AIESEC UM 2010/2011

3 of us were directors during NATCON
Miki Naik Pangkat...yuhorr~
(I looked so INNOCENT + insecure hor that time??)

EB Team=All girls + Tommy and Kit=)

I <3 you guys a lot lar

Things started to change
when my team members
support me so much,
encourage me to strive for more,
I am a conservative person,
(a bit realistic + pessimistic)
but throughout my term,
I learn to challenge myself,
accepting new ideas,
implementing them
and
they are working/functioning VERY WELL

p/s:sometimes still a bit slacking/demotivated in certain non performing areas

STAY TUNED for the upcoming post~haha

If A passed away because of B~
What should B do?

Note:
It's not about commit suicide,
nor related with love matter,
nor A so hero save B from danger

I am not asking B to keep blaming him/herself,
at least show your concern,
I know life still goes on,
however don't think it's totally NOT RELATED with you~

Maybe B should live on behalf of A,
(it sounds wrong,hmmm)
stop living like a samseng/bad boy/girl
stop wasting THE TIME~
make use of every second of his/her life
